Lack of responsible comprehensive planning leaves us with gridlock, increased pollution, loss of money and our most precious resource, our time.Bayshore in Grove is a pending 501c3, Non-Profit organization dedicated to the advocacy of smart growth strategies that are critical for climate resilience and for maintaining the ideal environment for the Coconut Grove Lifestyle.

We are a grassroots network consisting of community stakeholders: citizens, neighborhood organizations, our sailing community, and elected officials. We cultivate collaboration by integrating diverse perspectives and enabling effective solutions for issues facing our coastal community.

Our mission is to advocate for smart, responsible development and planning by fostering a culture of dialogue with integrity and transparency on policy matters that affect us. Our strategic neighborhood advocacy campaigns will promote our vision and goals by galvanizing support and funding to advance coastal stewardship via:


- Neighborhood outreach that promotes public engagement on issues that pose an adverse impact on climate resiliency.

- Innovative approaches that empower citizens to have an ownership interest in our community.

- Engagement of diverse networks to ensure well-informed and effective voices and viewpoints are heard.

- Creative partnerships with businesses and researchers to build awareness for responsible smart growth planning.
